I purchased a vehicle from your dealership in May. I am e mailing today ,however, to tell you about an AWESOME customer service experience I have had with one of your employees. Nothing personal, but Elhart was NOT my car dealership of choice. My husband and I went through some financial difficulties though, after his job loss and his subsequent job being at about 30,000.00 a year less than what we were making before. So, we were worried, after having spent so many years building our credit and then it took such a hit. Well, we went to Elhart and dealt with Jen O'Brien. She was friendly, empathetic, non-judgmental, kind and fair from the very beginning. I have been in Customer Service from the bottom to the top, and I hope you know what kind of wonderful customer service Jen gives to YOUR customers.

This morning, I had to be at work at 7:45-working 11 hours-and just wanted to get my child to daycare, get to work and get it started and over (Im sure you've had days like that). I put my pop in the car, tossed my keys in the cup holder, shut the door and went back in the house to grab my coffee and hurry my child up. We got back out to the garage and were ready?. "Mom, cars locked"?..yank, pull, YANNNNNKK?."No, honey.I unlocked it" - clearly in denial that my day was going downhill so fast. Anyway, long story a BIT shorter, got a ride to work, husband asked Jen if there was any way she could get a key to us by using the VIN number. After only about 15 minutes, although she was busy this morning (meeting maybe?!) she knew this was important. (My work keys are on that key chain) So, not only did she do the VIN run and getting a key cut for us, but she came to the bank, got me AND ran me home!! This is SOOOOO going above and beyond AFTER the sale that I, in my customer service role, will be recommending people deal with Jen at Elhart. I truly hope you know what you have in Jennifer O'Brien. She is a HUGE asset to Elhart.

We live in Bellaire and we went to Petosky to look a Jeep.  It had some front wheel noises that were not good so we headed to see a baseball game in Mancelona and while driving up M66 we found EXACTLY what we wanted 2002, 61,000mi, red loaded,auto/air/cd/custom lift/bumpers,lights for $10,500 in perfect condition( a couple branch scratch marks is all) We will pick it up tomorrow, so thanks for the follow up, you are only one of three to do so and we have contacted and been ready to buy for 6 weeks, leaving messages with perhaps 30-40 sales people, so keep up the follow up, It is impressive to me, a real estate broker.  Thank you again.
